CivilCivil site design for a 38-acre light industrial commerce park including grading, stormwater management, utility layout, and access road design. Coordinated with the county on NPDES permit compliance throughout construction.
RemediationDesign and oversight of a soil vapor extraction system to address chlorinated solvent contamination at a former dry-cleaning facility. Achieved regulatory closure in 18 months, enabling a mixed-use redevelopment on a previously stalled site.
