Our Story
Key Engineering Solutions-US, Inc was founded with a clear purpose: to provide our clients the world class expertise of a larger engineering firm with the intimate customer service of a boutique engineering firm. We pride ourselves with the efficiency and engineering ability that actually moves projects forward. We saw too many developments/projects stalled by regulatory uncertainty, incomplete site assessments, or designs that didn't account for real-world conditions.
Our team brings together licensed Professional Engineers with deep experience in environmental compliance, site remediation, civil design, and stormwater management. We've worked on projects ranging from small infill developments to large-scale mixed-use communities — and we approach everyone with the same level of care and technical rigor.

Qualifications
Credentials & Certifications
Licensed Professional Engineers (PE)
Our team includes licensed PEs across multiple states, ensuring your project meets all jurisdictional requirements.
ASTM Phase I & II ESA Standards
All environmental site assessments are conducted in accordance with current ASTM E1527 and E1903 standards.
OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certified
Field staff are trained and certified for hazardous waste operations and emergency response.
GSWCC Level 2 Certification
We are certified as design professionals for the design and review of Erosion (ES&PC) Plans, stormwater management, and BMPs
State & Federal Regulatory Experience
Extensive experience navigating EPA, Army Corps of Engineers, state DEP, and local permitting agencies.
Georgia Soil Classifiers
Staff are certified professionals authorized by the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) Environmental Health Section to conduct soil investigations for onsite sewage management systems.
